The protection of our users’ personal data is a top priority for our company. All activities of MB Frigo Grupa d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as MB Frigo Grupa) comply with European regulations (EU Directive 95/46/EC, 2002/58/EC, and international agreements ETS 108, ETS 181, ETS 185, ETS 189) and national laws in effect in Central and Eastern European countries. In Croatia, we also adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (N.N.103/03). MB Frigo Group complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data includes information used to identify an individual, such as name, address, and phone number, in order to conduct business (e.g., forming sales contracts), informing about MB Frigo Grupa activities, and organizing informational events.

2. Website Visits
When you visit our websites, information that your browser automatically sends is stored in “Server Log Files.” This includes details like browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL (previously visited page), hostname of the accessing computer (IP address), and server request time.

Contract Execution
We collect and process the following data for customer or supplier registration, handled by MB Frigo Grupa, to fulfill orders and process requests related to sales or service contracts (delivery, invoicing, warranties, etc.):
Company name, contact person’s name (and, in some cases, directors’ and owners’ names)

In cases of debt collection, MB Frigo Grupa seeks to exercise its contractual rights.

The legal basis is MB Frigo Grupa legitimate business interest in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and maintaining good relations. We provide potential suppliers and visitors to our websites with the opportunity to contact us. Your personal data is stored as long as necessary to comply with tax and company law retention obligations or until the general statute of limitations expires according to the General Terms and Conditions of Business.

MB Frigo Grupa advises all parents and guardians to teach their children how to safely and responsibly use personal data online. Minors should not provide personal data on MB Frigo Grupa websites without parental or guardian consent. MB Frigo Grupa will never knowingly collect data from minors or use or disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
MB Frigo Grupa requires that minors not engage in legal transactions regarding our products and services without parental or legal guardian consent, nor will we knowingly accept personal information directly from minors. If a minor provides personal data without such consent, parents or guardians should notify us to have the information removed.

Right to Erasure: You may request the immediate deletion of your personal data unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (e.g., fulfilling a legal obligation).
